HOSTEL REVIEW – Glen Villa Resort, Byron Bay

This campsite is where I’m currently living and working in Byron – but don’t let that put you off, and don’t worry there’s as little bias as possible!

Centrally located (literally 200m walk from the town centre and Woolworths) this campsite is clean, quiet and well manitained.

Don’t be put off by how close it is to the action, you wouldn’t even know as the surrounding trees block out the hustle and bustle f Byron.

You do pay for the location though – it’s definately not cheap at $35 pppn for an unpowered pitch.

It has good facilities though – shower block, toilets, pool, wifi, BBQ area.

But if your looking to party away in Byron it might be worth staying elsewhere as the owners are rather picky about behaviour on site and it’s more aimed towards families and couples.

Overall if you want to relax and take it easy yet still be close to the town this is a good one.

Cleanliness – 5/5

Facilities – 4/5

Atmosphere – 2/5
